advisor and customer advocate within the DYNAMiX organization. The PSAM leads the appointed DYNAMiX team in project
planning, requirements definition, data interfaces, enterprise technical architecture, education, and design and configuration.
The PSAM also works with customers to determine what specific expert services are required for a successful implementation.
